Hoffman Beach Campground Map With Legend
Hoffman Beach Campground Map With Legend

Each campsite has its own size, location, and servicing. Use the map and the notes beside each site to choose the one that best fits your motorhome, towable RV, tent trailer, camper van, or tenting setup. (North is on the left of the campground map.) Prices vary by campsite - they are found on the Availability Chart on the Booking page.

Site #1

Site #1 is a large site north of the canoe rack area. This site (along with site #2) will accommodate the largest camper units - a vehicle and towable RV or a large motorhome up to 50 feet. This site has easy entry and exit.

Electrical service: 30 amp. An adapter is available if your camper requires 15 amp.

Approximate size: 45 ft wide x 27 ft deep.

Site #2

Site #2 is located between site #1 and the central area and very similar to site #1. It will also accommodate large camper units - up to 50 feet in length. Our testing showed easy entry and exit from this site as well.

Electrical service: 30 amp. An adapter is available if your camper requires 15 amp.

Approximate size: 45 ft wide x 26 ft deep.

Site #3

Site #3 is the largest campsite at Hoffman Beach at approximately 60 ft wide x 50 ft deep. It's located just to the right of Lutherlyn Drive, and is a pull through site; you enter from the campground road and exit onto Lutherlyn Drive. Our testing indicates the maximum comfortable length of camper unit for this site is 36 feet.

Electrical service: either 30 or 15 amp.

Site #4

Site #4 is a large campsite (40 ft wide x 37 ft deep) to the left of the shelter, facing the beach. It is a convenient option if you want to be close to shared amenities and the waterfront.

Electrical service: either 30 or 15 amp.

Recommended maximum camper setup length is 30 ft, and motorhomes of that length have to be low enough that they can clear the roof of the shelter.

Site #5

Site #5 is a medium/smaller campsite north of the shelter, with natural separation from the shelter with trees and a wood pile area.

Electrical service: 15 amp.

Recommended maximum camper setup is 30 ft. There is room on the site to unhook a vehicle pulling a trailer and park it elsewhere on your site.

Site #6

Site #6 is a smaller campsite north of Site #5. It may be a good fit for a tent trailer or other smaller camping setup less than 30 ft.

Electrical service: 15 amp.

Site #7

Site #7 is a small campsite (approximately 25 ft wide by 34 ft deep) north of Site #6. There is no adjacent campsite to the right (north) of Site #7.

The maximum camper length on the site is 30 ft. There is not enough width to unhook and park a vehicle on the site. We recommend a compact camping setup such as a camper van or a tent.

Electrical service: 15 amp.

Site #8 (Double)

Site #8 is a large (approximately 41 ft wide x 50 ft deep) private campsite (no neighbours) with a view of and a path to the beach. You access it by the hydro road past Shepherds Staff cabin.

This site has been set up to accommodate two families so there are two 30 amp electrical hook-ups (see note), 2 water taps, and 2 picnic tables with 1 shared campfire pit. The maximum camper setup is 2 units of less than 36 ft each. There is enough room on the site to accommodate one unhooked vehicle. This site would accommodate a motorhome plus a towable RV.

Note: we have adapters available if you require 15 amp connection.
