Notice of Annual General Meeting (Electronic Meeting)
June 15, 2024 at 10 a.m.
Pursuant to Section 7 of the By-law, notice is hereby given of the Annual
General Meeting of Camp Lutherlyn & Conference Centre.
Business to be considered at the meeting includes:
A quorum of 15 Members is required. The 2024 Membership fee is $20.
Membership forms are attached and available on our website.
Completed forms and e-transfers can be sent to lutherlyn.fin@gmail.com.
Alternatively, cheques and completed forms can be mailed to PO Box 521
Station Main, Pembroke, ON K8A 6X7.
Meeting login information will be provided at least 48 hours before the meeting.
Please also consider a donation to the Camp to support our on-going activities
and programs, ensuring our continued sustainability. A charitable tax receipt
will be issued for any donations.
